INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Orders: We apologize for the exorbitant shipping costs abroad. Please note all shipments are through USPO. The price reflects the weight and customs passage and security. Add a friend or two to your order and the shipping is minimally increased with a shared shipping charge.
Please note: Due to the nature of fluctuations in shipping costs and customs control in various countries the shipping and handling numbers are an approximation via USPO, Customs Control and exact destination.
International Service with Customs Declaration
Clothing will be sent via USPO Priority Mail Flat Rate package when possible to reduce the cost of shipping. Merchandise will be consolidated in flat rate boxes to reduce shipping costs only when applicable. If merchandise cannot be consolidated shipping costs will be adjusted prior to outbound service.

VYANA llc. will not be held liable for - customs charges, duties or taxes associated with international shipments. These fees are collected by the receiving country’s customs agencies and are not applicable to Vyana llc.
It is our policy that no refunds will be given for deliveries refused for any reason. Items must first be signed for and accepted before any returns or exchanges will be processed.

VYANA strives to keep all quantities updated on the website, however, sometimes items listed on the website are out of stock or on back order. You will notified within 2 business days to advise you of this possible unavailability, back-order, an exchange or a refund.

*The clothes must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags attached. Your credit card that was originally charged will be refunded. Any apparel not in original condition, will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.
