VIBRATION~ PULSE~ OM
Our pulse is the primordial sacred link to our ancestors, mother earth, and every living being (past, present and future). This fluid rhythmic beat is the harmonious mantra of being, which, like music, transcends the barriers of age, race, culture and even species. It is the proverbial connection from one life to another resonating within each soul as the vibration and omnipotent OM. The lub dub of OM, our heartbeat, encompasses all potentialities: everything that was, is, or is yet to be. It is our benevolent nexus as this vibration attunes sympathy with the cosmic vibration of the heart. The momentary silence between each beat eventually becomes palpable-like a chant or mantra. Our mind moves between the opposites of pulsation and silence until at last, we feel the expansive space of infinite peace. Each beat of our heart links one with all and all with one in the ever expanding radiance of love. Within this profound silence is the tranquility of OM, as our mind and intellect transcend our individual needs and the infinite self. In this humble moment of realization our hearts unite and surrender to the universal call of compassion.
GRAVITY -SUN-MOON-EARTH CONNECTION ~ THE OCEAN
The Sun, Earth and the Moon are mutually attracted to each other like magnets; so are we drawn to each other. Tides are the cyclic rising and falling of the ocean; this Tractive Force is similar to the "laws of attraction" in humans as we gravitate toward each others aura, spirit~ body or soul. The sun and predominantly moons gravitational pull on earth affects the oceans tide every six hours; similar to a slow motion heartbeat. The heartbeat of Mother Earth, the tidal rhythm of existence. The poetic heartbeat of our ocean is an invocation of life's perpetual journey; rich with hidden treasures in the vast ocean of our consciousness.

The sacred saline of the ocean islife-giving and sustaining water to our planet and home. The collective ocean embodies the microcosm in the macrocosm and the macrocosm in the microcosm. In the cosmic universe, Water is a byproduct of star formation and is essential to all life forms. It acts as both a carrier and agent of transformation; it represents our blood, the mover of oxygen and the eliminator of waste. Amazingly, or unremarkably, the earth is over 70 percent water naturally coinciding with the human body. It is the fluidity of life's creation embodying the tidal connective flow, that sanctions the lunar pull of creativity to powerfully transform currents in the vinyasa of life. This Involution and Evolution, of the ocean of consciousness, is the ebb and flow of life or the pulse of our planet.
ELECTRICAL IMPULSE ~ PULSE-HEARTBEAT ~ POLARITY
As the tide is the oceanic pulse of life for mother earth - an EKG (see below) measures and represents the infinite pulse of life for humankind. The electrical impulse of blood circulation is the polarization and depolarization of our pumping heart. This spontaneous impulse is measured by the P~QRS~T WAVE also known as the heartbeat. The heart propels the lifeline of our origin, the" fountain of the source" or the sea of life within us known as blood. This life sustaining fluid delivers nutrients and oxygen from the left side of the heart and transports waste products to the right side of the heart where it is transferred to the lungs to continue its mandala or cycle again. Our blood is a sacred vibratory fluid that is responsible for life's nurturing and nourishing sweetness. When we allow our heart to lead, we feel, think and love with Bhavana (feeling and intention); that which is pure and divine. Our Heartbeat is exemplified by the natural response to the electro ~ magnetic pull of life's essence in unity and polarity; Shiva/Shakti.
