During this workshop we will explore the full range of motion of the spine; flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation, review safety measures, develop a keen sense of suspension to access your strength and resiliency with an inner focus at the Great Rope Wall®.

You will learn integration of a safe sequence combining inversion, distraction and rotation of the spine that, when done regularly, can rehydrate, lubricate and relieve the effects of gravity that may assist in taking years off the age of the spine.

The particular breathwork, order and repetition of the postures will progressively stimulate and strengthen the entire core and postural muscles while allowing the circulation of blood and nutrients in a typically congested region. Use this practice as a stand-alone healthy dose of medicine or introduce an element of the walls expertise it into an already existing yoga routine to gain long-lasting beneficial changes in body, spine, mind and spirit.

Discover the fountain of youth which is hanging out with your true self!

Each student/teacher will develop, train, demonstrate, teach and incorporate their own 50-minute beginner rope wall sequence facilitating safety, structure and concise flow at the Great Rope Wall®.

This training is open to yoga instructors with at least 2 years teaching experience. You will leave this training feeling confident and capable to integrate and sequence Level I /Beginner rope wall yoga at the Great Rope Wall® for beginner students.
