Our tea lounge is a sacred space and place to have the most natural delicious drinks and elixirs in town. We have everything made to order as natural and beneficial to your health as can be. Helena, the foundress and owner of Vyana, is an R.N., and Ayurvedic Consultant who believes that food is medicine and you are what you eat. She envisioned a cozy space where all this seeking healthy alternatives and the Vyana yoga community could gather and connect over nourishing and delicious beverages and nutritious light snacks.

We are here to nourish and share Ayurveda a modern scientific approach to healthy eating with you.
